Day 1-5 – Apply a Muscle & Joint Therapeutic Patch each day. Wear for 12 hours then discard.  Can be worn anytime it is convenient.  When not wearing a Patch rub on the Recovery Cream.

Day 6 and on – Apply a Recovery Cream daily (3-4 times a day) until your supply runs out. Use before and after rehab or exercise as you return to full speed.
